Located in the historic and picturesque market town of Thaxted, The Maypole is a traditional pub serving a great selection of real cask ales, lagers, wine, cocktails and spirits.

Our beautiful courtyard garden is perfect for a cold beer on a summer’s day, and two covered and comfortable areas (The Cosy and The Snug) will keep you dry. Dogs are welcome!

We serve delicious home cooked food six days a week from a traditional pub menu, and it’s always best to phone ahead to book a table if you plan to dine with us – 01371 831599.
