The Brasserie – Lower Street can be found in the quaint village of Stansted Mountfitchet. Located in a beautiful 17th century listed building with exposed brick and an original fireplace.

Simon Wells took over the Lower Street Brasserie, with the support of his wife Kerri and Daughter Lilli-Ann in February 2019, with focus on fresh, high-end food and drinks at good prices. The High Street Brasserie followed shortly after in summer 2020.
