Competition Period

The competition opens at 9:00am on Monday 10 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 23 August 2026. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be included.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must follow the instructions provided in the relevant social media post. No other method of entry will be accepted.

Prize

One winner will receive £200 to spend at a specified tourism or hospitality venue in Uttlesford. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced by Friday 28 August 2026.

The winner will be contacted via email or private message using the details associated with their entry. If the winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, an alternative winner may be selected.

As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner agrees to their name and photograph being used for promotional and publicity purposes relating to the competition.

Eligibility

• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• Employees of Uttlesford District Council and Snapsales UK Ltd are not eligible to enter.
• By entering the competition, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

General

The organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The organiser’s decision regarding all aspects of the competition is final.
