Mini Miss Bread
We opened our bakery doors in May 2018, having outgrown the home kitchen.
We make all our sourdough in our open-plan bakery on Church Street in Saffron so you can see all the mixing, shaping and baking going on when you visit. As well as sourdough we produce our popular Cinnamon Buns which we bake fresh every morning, as well as other sweet treats including our Sourdough Cookies, Portuguese Tarts and Basque Cheesecake.
More recently we have started creating our own in house range of deli produce for you to to take home along with your sourdough, plus items from other similarly-minded small businesses that we love and value.
