The Gardens of Easton Lodge

The Gardens are Historic England Grade II Registered and look beautiful in all seasons and have fun for all the family on Sunday Open Days. The Gardens showcase Harold Peto‘s grand and colourful Italian garden and his treehouse design, now rebuilt in the old oak tree. The walled kitchen garden is well stocked with fruit and vegetables, and seasonal produce is available for sale. There are ten national or regional champion trees and a collection of Essex’s historic varieties of fruit trees. In the Glade the trees enclose the World War II Memorial garden, stumpery, Japanese style rill and Japanese garden.
