On Wednesday 30th March, 9-4 pm, SWBID is hosting a ‘Window on Walden’ pop-up market event in the market square and along King Street.
The event will celebrate the local business community and what this great town offers. Some fantastic local businesses are taking part from alongside a food court offering a tasty selection of sit-in or takeaway food and drink from local hospitality businesses.
There will also be pop-up stalls with lots of visitor information from the Museum, Saffron Hall, Saffron Screen, Discover Uttlesford and Audley End Miniature Railway.
Janina Vigurs Storytelling and Calamity the Clown will be there to entertain children from 9 am until 2 pm, so grab a coffee with friends and enjoy their outstanding performances with your little ones.
BID manager Louise Scutt-Richter said, “It’s an excellent opportunity to remind people of the fantastic variety on offer in Saffron Walden. We celebrate our town as a destination to come and spend time in and enjoy.”
