Saffron Day is part of the Saffron Walden Heritage Development Group’s Saffron Story Project, which is funded by a grant from The National Lottery Heritage Fund.

Saffron Day will take place in Saffron Walden Market Square on Sunday 16th October 2022, between 11am and 4pm.

Saffron Day is currently in the planning stage; more details will be posted here in due course.
