This isn’t a course to be missed! You will leave The Kitchen at Raylands House ladened with festive treats to delight your friends and family over the Christmas period.
Festive music, mulled wine, a beautiful light lunch and a relaxed atmosphere will make for the perfect day in The Kitchen.
Arrival – 9:30am Morning briefing and refreshments.
What we will make:
Gougeres – Savoury cheese choux buns
Stilton & parmesan shortbread with pecan crust
Chilli, onion & garlic jam
Streusel topped mince pies
Sausage rolls made with The Kitchen’s puff pastry (featuring Garnett’s pork)
You will take home everything that you make on the day so that it can go into the freezer and be ready for when you need to entertain. Included in this course is a light festive lunch and refreshments. We can’t wait to welcome you over the Christmas season!
