Mindful Art is where the process is more important that the end result. While you are concentrating on your creativity you should forget about the everyday stresses of life.
During each session there will be guided meditations to awaken creativity and to relax and calm your mind.
Sessions are open to all so come and relax and channel your inner creativity.
