At the Dunmow Flitch Trials™ 2022, successful claimants Desmond & Minette Carter, from Detroit USA, kindly donated their Flitch, plus some cash to purchase the other half of the Pig, and asked us to host a Hog Roast with proceeds going to the Trials and the local food bank. We are delighted to host this event, with the popular Emma & Miz’s Pub Quiz team providing the questions.
