October is a lovely month at the Gardens, with the dahlia border still stunning and the first autumn colours on the trees. Children will enjoy den-building, climbing into the treehouse and the children’s trail.
There will be a range of other stalls, including a plant stall and the Trust’s jam and jelly tombola and of course pumpkins and squashes on its produce stall. We will be joined by other craft stalls and exhibitors too.
Our volunteers will provide locally sourced bacon, cheese or hummus rolls; homemade cakes; and hot and cold drinks until they run out – or till 4.00pm.
