VISION BOARD COLLAGING & MANIFESTATION

This evening, as you soak up the atmosphere of the 14th Century Old Sun Inn, Saffron Walden, Jessica will introduce you to COLLAGING and how to create a VISION BOARD.

You can use words and images to embody your ambitions and plans, or create artworks personal to you using magazines, maps and old photographs. All the images you use will be personal to you and will work with your subconscious to create the state of mind you want and to help focus you in the direction you need to go to meet those goals.

To compliment this experience, Jen will kick off the evening with an introduction to MANIFESTATION and The Law of Attraction, the belief that we can attract into our lives whatever we set our focus on, and make our dreams into a reality through our positive visualisation of them.

We will provide all materials but bring along your own imagery if you would like to.
